It was my first and hopefully not my last Halloween in NYC and lets just say those folks take their pagan festivals seriously when i came in September every street had houses littered with pumpkins so i knew it was something important then. I of course made no effort whatsoever in fact i stole and idea off an ex pop fashion editor she obviously wore it better than me but i was out of choices it was either that or dress up in one of those "sexy cop outfits" and that my friends would of been tragic on so many levels.
